Moulins Marlux

Acquisition: Mills to join the wonderful world of de Buyer cookware!

As part of our development, de Buyer has acquired Marlux, a pepper, salt and spice mills manufacturer, on June 23rd, 2016. It will now benefit from a new production site close to our historic de Buyer factory located in Val D'Ajol, France.

The alliance of these brands was obvious as their activities are highly complementary. It is all about unifying two 100-year old French companies sharing the same values of "savoir-faire" and high quality.
This means more than 400 references will be added to de Buyer's 2500 existing references.

For more details about this amazing brand, please visit:

At de Buyer, we are all very pleased with this alliance.
The story continues…we’re just adding some more seasoning!

Arrival of Chef Philippe Laruelle at de Buyer!

It is with a great pleasure that we welcome the Chef Philippe Laruelle within our team.
Maître Cuisinier de France, referent Chef of the Collège Culinaire de France, finalist of MOF competition and former vice-president of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe, Philippe Laruelle’s great passion for cooking dates back from his childhood. Rocked by the sound of pans, he acquired his knowledge with his dad, then with the most famous names like Emile Jung, Joël Robuchon and Alain Ducasse. Native of the Valtin, we are delighted that he joins us to promote by our side the "Made in Vosges". With his background, he will be of a very big help for the design of new products. He will also be in charge of the training of our teams and our customers, in particular during demonstrations.

Welcome among us !
