Forged aluminium 4mm : unbreakable. Bottom made of induction-friendly AISI 430 ferritic stainless steel
Ultra-resistant and reinforced inner and outer black coating, last generation.
Extreme and durable performance and high resistance to abrasion and high heat. Optimal slip.
Handle wrapped between two Vosges beechwood parts, finished with beeswax: protects from the heat and simplifies the grip.
Riveted handle curved in French-style: robust;easy handling; ergonomic.
Do not heat when empty or overheat. Avoid temperature shocks. Do not use metal objects in the cookware.
Care: wash by hand only, non-abrasive sponge.
Suitable for all heat sources including induction.
Unlike what you might think, the non-stick pan is a specialist... perfect for gently cooking fish, vegetables, legumes, grains, etc. without letting them colour. I’m also ideal for simmering stews, reheating ready-meal elements and thickening sauces without affecting taste, colour or flavor. I’m not a generalist pan: if you want to sear, brown or grill, use a steel pan instead.
