Perforated round pan, with low edge, in thick aluminium, non-stick Choc 5 coating. Lightweight sturdy pan.
Used for baking pizzas, flammenkuche, tarts, pies, galettes...
10mm diameter holes: shape, size and spacing designed to optimise cold or hot air circulation: rapid and uniform cooking.
Ultra resistant coating.
Excellent non-stick properties: easy pastry removal.
No need to use baking paper.
