Description

Rectangular grill pan in heavy quality iron ideal for searing and grilling meat, fish, shellfish.
Ridged bottom to score the food and reduce sticking. Ideal as an extra grill, enables you to grill meat without adding fat once well-seasoned.
Thick heavy quality iron: robust, the plancha has no risk of cracking over time. Can cut directly on the plancha, no coating.
Reaches high temperatures: enables the Maillard reaction; excellent cooking results.
Care: deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and oil lightly. Store in a dry place.
Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
All cook tops including induction. Can be used directly on hot coals.
