Specially designed for making upside down tarts: enables you to prepare the caramel on the stove and oven-bake the dessert in a single dish.
Cast aluminium: mould with a large inertia capacity; undeformable.
Ferritic stainless steel bottom: mould suitable for induction.
Reinforced ceramic coating for intensive use, highly resistant to scratches and high temperatures: durable performances.
Optimal non-stick properties enable easy turning out.

Do not heat on its own or overheat. Avoid temperature shocks. Do not use metal objects in the mould.
Care: wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge.
