Sheets designed for cold working and ideal for making chocolate decorations, ganache or buttercream motifs.
Easy to use: once the decorations are made, put them in the refrigerator then remove them.
Easy mould release of decorations.
Sheets can be reused several times.
Care: hand wash possible.
