Ideal for low to medium heat cooking, it preserves the flavor and texture of ingredients while minimizing the need for added fats.

Made from recycled forged aluminum, this curved sauté pan ensures even heat distribution for perfectly controlled cooking. Its induction-compatible base allows use on all heat sources: induction, gas, electric, and ceramic. You can also finish a dish or keep it warm in the oven for up to 10 minutes at 200°C (392°F / thermostat 7).
