Description
The ideal tray for 12 small cakes, mini flans or jelly portions. Elastomoule provides excellent caramelization to achieve cakes as golden as needed. The tray features the R'System for perfect circulation of hot air, and therefore baking all the cups evenly. It can be used for hot or cold preparations alike. For baking, it can only be used in traditional ovens. Place the tray on a rack or perforated baking tray for perfect heat convection. 7 MOFs and/or Pastry World Champions have placed their talent at the service of Elastomoule: a recipe card comes with each tray. Tip: wash by hand.
