Rounded iron deep-fryer without basket, indispensable when the electric fryer breaks down, perfect for unforeseen uses.
White iron utensil: heats up quickly, uniform diffusion of heat.
Utensil of the Lyonnaise range with an optimised thickness: lightweight range, easy to handle. Ideal for gas.
Natural non-stick properties: gradual seasoning.
2 welded handles: easy handling; small size.
Care: rinse with warm water, dry and lightly oil. Store in a dry place.
Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
All cook tops EXCEPT induction. Vitroceramic cook tops are not recommended.
