Lid in stainless steel copper with solid brass handle.
90% copper on the outside and 10% stainless steel on the inside for perfect food grade and easy care. Stainless steel prevents having to re-tin copper.
Authentic design in keeping with the tradition of French Haute Cuisine.
Practical, it fits perfectly on saucepans, sauté-pans and stew pans of the Inocuivre range with cas iron handles.
Finish: high-end mirror polish on the outside
Prestigious and noble range that can be brought into the dining room, ideal for serving and flambéing.
Care of copper: use a polishing paste.
Care of stainless steel: wash by hand.
