Forged aluminium 4mm: unbreakable; allows to heat up gradually.
Bottom made of induction-friendly AISI 430 ferritic stainless steel.
Ultra-resistant and reinforced inner and outer black coating, last generation : guaranteed PFOA and particles free ; 60 microns against 40 for similar items.
Extreme and durable performance and high resistance to abrasion and high heat. Optimal slip. 50% longer lifetime.
Stainless steel riveted handle, curved in French-style: robust;easy handling; ergonomic and move hand away from the heat source.
