The ALCHIMY Ø24 cm stainless steel frying pan offers the perfect balance between a generous cooking surface and culinary precision. Made from 3‑ply multilayer stainless steel (ferritic stainless steel exterior, aluminium core, AISI 304 stainless steel interior), it ensures perfectly even heat distribution, essential for searing, browning or reducing with control.
Thanks to its exceptional responsiveness, the pan reacts instantly to temperature changes, allowing precise control over all your cooking. Its brushed finish gives it a professional and durable appearance.

The ALCHIMY Ø24 cm frying pan is built with full multilayer construction, without an encapsulated base, preserving the full thermal performance of 3‑ply. Heat spreads evenly from the centre to the edges, preventing burnt spots and ensuring consistent cooking, even over high heat.
Its watertight tubular handle, riveted and French‑curved, stays away from the heat source and warms more slowly than a solid handle. Ergonomic and secure, it offers a comfortable grip even during long cooking sessions. “Flash oven” compatible, it can be placed in the oven up to 200°C for 10 minutes.

Made in France, the ALCHIMY Ø24 cm frying pan is designed to withstand intensive use. Thanks to its ferritic stainless steel exterior layer, it is compatible with all stovetops, including induction.
Practical for everyday cooking, it is dishwasher‑safe and maintains its performance over the years. A robust and versatile utensil, created for cooks who value precision, durability and culinary excellence.

AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel refer to the same type of stainless steel, the one suitable for food contact. AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute) is an international standard used to classify stainless steels.
In everyday use, stainless steel is more commonly referred to as 18/10; the “10” represents the percentage of nickel in the alloy. The AISI 304 specification requires between 8% and 10% nickel. For everyday kitchen use, there is no difference in durability or ageing between 8% and 10% nickel.
AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel therefore indicate the same quality of stainless steel. However, we prefer to use the term AISI 304 stainless steel, as it is the “official” designation for this alloy.
