The ALCHIMY Ø28 cm stainless steel frying pan is designed for those who cook in large quantities: beautiful cuts of meat, sautéed vegetables, family‑style dishes or high‑heat searing. Thanks to its 3‑ply multilayer stainless steel structure (ferritic stainless steel exterior, aluminium core, AISI 304 stainless steel interior), it delivers stable and perfectly even heat distribution, even across a wide surface.
Its ability to heat up quickly and react instantly to temperature changes makes it a versatile and precise cooking tool. The ALCHIMY frying pan is built for performance, without compromise.

This frying pan is made from a single block of multilayer stainless steel, without an added base, preserving the full power of 3‑ply technology. Heat spreads evenly from the centre to the edges, preventing hot spots and ensuring consistent results.
Its watertight tubular handle, riveted and French‑curved, remains comfortable to hold and heats more slowly than a solid handle. Designed for professional use, it is also “flash oven” compatible: up to 200°C for 10 minutes.

Manufactured in France — specifically in Val‑d’Ajol — the ALCHIMY multilayer stainless steel frying pan is built to withstand intensive use. Launched in 2021, this collection celebrates our first partnership with the prestigious culinary competition: the Bocuse d’Or.
Its ferritic stainless steel exterior makes the ALCHIMY frying pan compatible with all stovetops, including induction and ceramic glass, while its brushed finish ensures remarkable durability. Practical for everyday cooking, it is dishwasher‑safe and maintains its performance over the years.
A robust, versatile and precise utensil, designed for cooks who want a pan capable of everything: searing, browning, reducing, deglazing and elevating generous preparations.

AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel refer to the same type of stainless steel, the one suitable for food contact. AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute) is an international standard used to classify stainless steels.
In everyday use, stainless steel is more commonly referred to as 18/10; the “10” represents the percentage of nickel in the alloy. The AISI 304 specification requires between 8% and 10% nickel. For everyday kitchen use, there is no difference in durability or ageing between 8% and 10% nickel.
AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel therefore indicate the same quality of stainless steel. However, we prefer to use the term AISI 304 stainless steel, as it is the “official” designation for this alloy.
