Thanks to its 5-ply multi-layer structure (stainless steel exterior, three layers of aluminum, AISI 304 stainless steel interior), this 20 cm stainless steel pan ensures a rapid rise in temperature and uniform heat distribution. It allows you to sear, brown or cook with great precision, while reducing energy consumption.

Ergonomic design and high-end finishes

Featuring a closed flared rim, this pan offers an effective pouring and drip-stop effect, ideal for clean serving. Its riveted handle in cast stainless steel guarantees a comfortable and secure grip.     AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel refer to the same type of stainless steel, the one suitable for food contact. AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute) is an international standard used to classify stainless steels.

    In everyday use, stainless steel is more commonly referred to as 18/10; the “10” represents the percentage of nickel in the alloy. The AISI 304 specification requires between 8% and 10% nickel. For everyday kitchen use, there is no difference in durability or ageing between 8% and 10% nickel.

    AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel therefore indicate the same quality of stainless steel. However, we prefer to use the term AISI 304 stainless steel, as it is the “official” designation for this alloy.
