Yogurt Cake with Rosemary and Lemon

Ingredients

  • 1 container of Greek yogurt
  • 3 containers of flour
  • 1 container of sugar
  • 1 container of grape seed oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 11 g of baking powder
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 25 g of fresh chopped rosemary

Recipe

Preheat the oven to 165°C (329°F).

Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

Pour into a round cake pan and bake for 45 minutes.

Let cool slightly before removing from the pan.

Tip: Drizzle with a lemon glaze for an extra touch of indulgence.
