Add the flour and ground almonds.
Beat the egg whites before adding to the ricotta-based mixture.
Place the cake rings on the plancha.
Add ¼ of the ricotta mixture, then some fruit and so on until you reach ¾.
Place cloche over it for 20 minutes.
