Cut the onions and melt the butter slowly.
Cut the gherkins then mix them with mustard and olive oil.
Start cooking the steak then the bacon.
Halfway through cooking, place slices of Camembert on the steak then melt them by placing a cloche over them. Then, add a slice of tomato.
Brown the buns with the bacon juice on the plancha.
Add the sauce to the buns then place all ingredients and close the buns.
