Returns
During our regular quality checks, we have identified that some models from our Prim'Appety collection do not meet our Brand's stringent quality standards.
The references and manufacturing numbers concerned are mentioned in the appendix of this letter.
We invite you to return the identified products in your possession. To do this, we have put in place a simple and quick procedure. The returned products will be replaced.

- We will organize with you the return of the products and the shipment of new replacement products. The return and exchange costs will be fully covered.
