Thick frame in stainless steel specially designed for making Joconde sponge cake.
The frame enables you to calibrate the biscuits and guide the movement of the Joconde scraper to easily and ideally spread the sponge device.
3mm height, perfect for Joconde sponge cake, and 4mm thickness designed for optimal resistance to deformation.
High-end stainless steel which does not oxidise when exposed to low temperatures.
Flexible frame for easy mould release and which always returns to its original shape.
Can be put in the refrigerator, freezer, deep-freezer, blast chiller. Oven-safe.
Care: dishwasher-safe.
