Ideal for searing, grilling and browning. Steel allows surface caramelisation while keeping the inside tender.

The rounded sauté pan is perfect for sautéed potatoes. It allows the preparation of large quantities, and its high sides help limit splashes when cooking meat.

Coated with beeswax to provide temporary protection against oxidation and to facilitate seasoning.

Progressive seasoning creates natural non-stick properties.

Thick, warp-resistant steel body.

Season before first use.

Care: deglaze, rinse with hot water, dry and lightly oil. Store in a dry place.

Do not use detergents and do not put in the dishwasher.

Suitable for all heat sources, including induction.

    Pour about 1mm of oil into your iron pan and heat it. Once the oil slightly steams, empty it into a recipient and wipe the pan with a paper towel.

    The seasoning of your pan will be optimal and efficient after having cooked red meat 10 times. The more your pan is used, the best the cooking results are. The more it blackens, the less it sticks. Once your pan is well seasoned, you will be able to cook more delicate food such as eggs, fishes…
