The AFFINITY 5‑ply rounded sauté pan is designed to reduce sauces thanks to its shape that promotes greater evaporation. Indestructible, it belongs to the premium AFFINITY collection and is made of multilayer material: ferritic stainless steel, 3 layers of aluminum, and an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel. This highly reactive material ensures very rapid heating and instant stopping of cooking off the heat. The uniform heat distribution across the entire body guarantees a perfect heating circuit and even cooking.
Equipped with a riveted cast stainless steel handle, ergonomic and with a refined design, this sauté pan offers a comfortable grip and a handle guaranteed to stay cool. Its high‑end mirror polish reflects the elegance of a modern and sophisticated range.
Although this stainless steel sauté pan is dishwasher‑safe, we recommend hand washing to preserve it since its edges are unsealed. In addition, occasional polishing with a suitable paste will restore its original shine.
