Description

Baker blades are the ideal utensil for scoring already shaped bread dough.
They feature a very sharp stainless steel blade that can cut without exerting a lot of pressure.
An accurate, quality cut thanks to a cutting angle which facilitates scoring the dough.
2 types of baker blades:
- A fixed blade, protected during storage, easy to use.
- A reversible and secure blade.

Care: Wash the blades by hand, the handles are dishwasher-safe.
Dispose of the baker blades when the blades are dull.
