A design between modernity and tradition

Elegance and durability meet in your kitchen with this set of 2 MINERAL B BOIS frying pans. The riveted handle is enhanced with beechwood sourced from sustainably managed forests. Treated with beeswax just like the body of your MINERAL B BOIS pan, the strip steel handle ensures a simple and secure grip on your cooking utensil.

Seasoning: a key step for your steel pan

Durable and made in France, these de Buyer steel pans improve over time thanks to seasoning. This natural process will change the appearance of your pans, which will darken over time. This color change also provides protection against oxidation and enhances food release.

How to season your steel pan?

  1. Thoroughly wash and dry your de Buyer pan
  2. Pour 1 mm of vegetable oil and heat the pan (Set your heat source to no more than 75% of its maximum power)
  3. When smoke begins to appear, stop heating (about 10 minutes on gas and 2 minutes on induction)
  4. Let cool, then discard the oil and wipe the pan with paper towels
  5. Heat dry for 2 minutes: the pan will change color and develop a brown patina

2 pans for twice as many great recipes

Enjoy two different sizes with this MINERAL B BOIS set, including one steel pan with a diameter of Ø24cm and another of Ø28cm. These two diameters are perfect for everyday cooking, allowing you to easily switch between medium and large portions.
