This Set of 3 pieces stainless steel ALCHIMY LOQY includes two multilayer stainless steel saucepans (Ø16 cm and Ø20 cm) along with a LOQY removable cast stainless steel handle. Designed for total modularity, it allows you to switch easily from one cooking method to another while optimising storage thanks to its removable system.

The 3‑ply multilayer stainless steel ensures even heat conduction throughout the entire body of the utensil, providing rapid heating and cooling. Unlike cookware with an added base, this construction without a diffuser plate preserves full thermal reactivity, ideal for precise cooking.

Versatile and efficient, the ALCHIMY LOQY saucepans are perfect for boiling, simmering, sauces, creams, reductions or sautéed preparations. They can be used with the included LOQY removable handle or with a pair of LOQY side handles (sold separately).

LOQY: an intuitive removable system for smoother cooking

Thanks to the LOQY system, your utensils transform in a single gesture: a saucepan with the removable handle, a stewpot with the beechwood side handles. This modularity makes cooking, serving and storing easier while saving valuable space in your kitchen.

The products in this collection stack perfectly, offering compact and organised storage. ALCHIMY LOQY saucepans are oven‑ and dishwasher‑safe, provided the handle and removable side handles are removed. The LOQY handle must not be used in the oven or cleaned in the dishwasher to preserve its mechanism.

This removable system offers great freedom of use while maintaining the stability and precision characteristic of de Buyer cookware.

Multilayer stainless steel cookware made in France

The ALCHIMY LOQY saucepans are made from 3‑ply multilayer stainless steel, with an AISI 304 stainless steel interior and an elegant brushed finish. They feature interior measurements every 0.5 L for easier everyday use.

Each utensil is equipped with two solidly riveted stainless steel bases, ensuring a reliable and durable connection with the LOQY handle. Compatible with induction, gas, ceramic and electric cooktops, they are designed to deliver professional‑level performance in a home kitchen.
