Stainless steel frying pan ALCHIMY LOQY

The multi-layer stainless steel allows for controlled cooking thanks to the even conduction of temperature throughout the utensil and also gives it a high reactivity both when heating up and cooling down. This collection does not have a diffuser bottom that would reduce its performance.
For searing, grilling, browning and pan-frying. Ideal for meats, fish on skin, potatoes. To be used with a few fat.
Frying pan with lyonnaise cut to allow a rotation of the food and to make slide easily the food in a dish.
Can be used with the removable LOQY handle or with the pair of LOQY beech wood handles.
Takes up little space: LOQY removable products can be stacked.
Oven safe. Can be used as an oven dish without the handle.
Practical, dishwasher safe.
