The Stainless steel sauté-pan with lid AFFINITY Ø20cm is the ideal utensil for searing, sautéing and browning small vegetables, meat pieces or delicate preparations. Its straight pouring rim ensures clean, accurate serving, while its 2.1 L capacity is perfect for cooking portions for two people.
Thanks to its 5‑ply multilayer construction – combining exterior stainless steels with interior aluminium layers – this sauté-pan offers extremely fast heat rise and instant stop of cooking once removed from the heat. Heat spreads evenly across the entire body, ensuring perfect control of every preparation.

The AFFINITY collection is renowned in the world’s greatest kitchens for its 5‑ply stainless steel body, whose reactivity is close to copper. More efficient than a stainless steel pan with an attached base, AFFINITY helps reduce energy consumption. Its monobloc construction ensures exceptional thermal homogeneity and rare precision in cooking control.
The riveted cast stainless steel handles provide ergonomic and secure grip. The premium mirror polish gives the sauté-pan a modern elegance, while the closed rims guarantee enhanced durability. The flared edges ensure clean pouring and an effective drip‑stop.

Compatible with all heat sources, including induction, this stainless steel sauté-pan suits both professional and home kitchens. It is dishwasher‑safe for easy daily maintenance. Occasional polishing with a suitable paste restores its original shine.
Delivered with its stainless steel lid, the AFFINITY Ø20cm sauté-pan is perfect for technical cooking as well as everyday dishes. For optimal performance, gradual heating is recommended, especially on induction, to take full advantage of its exceptional heat diffusion.

AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel refer to the same type of stainless steel, the one suitable for food contact. AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute) is an international standard used to classify stainless steels.
In everyday use, stainless steel is more commonly referred to as 18/10; the “10” represents the percentage of nickel in the alloy. The AISI 304 specification requires between 8% and 10% nickel. For everyday kitchen use, there is no difference in durability or ageing between 8% and 10% nickel.
AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel therefore indicate the same quality of stainless steel. However, we prefer to use the term AISI 304 stainless steel, as it is the “official” designation for this alloy.
