Made from carbon steel, it develops a patina over time and becomes naturally non-stick after seasoning. The more you cook in your MINERAL B sauté pan, the less your food will stick. To preserve the seasoning of the steel sauté pan, it is recommended to avoid cooking acidic foods (tomatoes, lemons, white wine, etc.)

With its 8.5 cm high sides, the de Buyer MINERAL B Sauté Pan limits splatters. Combined with the flared skirt, it will be easy to sauté your preparations. Compatible with all heat sources, including induction, the steel sauté pan adapts to all kitchens and guarantees optimal heat diffusion.

Pour about 1mm of oil into your iron pan and heat it. Once the oil slightly steams, empty it into a recipient and wipe the pan with a paper towel.
