Perfect for searing, grilling, and browning. Steel allows for caramelization of juices on the surface and tenderness on the inside. Ideal for meats, skin-on fish, potatoes, fluffy omelets, and more.

Coated with beeswax for temporary protection against oxidation and to facilitate seasoning. Gradual seasoning provides natural non-stick properties.

Frying pan with lyonnaise cut to allow a rotation of the food and easiy slinding into a plate. Thick, warp-resistant body

Seasoning: required for first use.

Care: deglaze, rinse with hot water, dry, and lightly oil. Store in a dry place. Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.

Compatible with all heat sources, including induction. Oven safe. Use as a baking dish without the handle or handles.
