Round fluted pie pan in thick-steel with an oblique edge
Ideal for baking traditional tarts, pies or quiches.
Excellent cooking results thanks to iron: the pie pan reaches a high temperature enabling the Maillard reaction. Even diffusion of heat and uniform cooking.
Functional and practical non-stick pie pan: PFOA-free PTFE guaranteed coating for easier mould release, steel protection against oxidation and easier cleaning.
Grease the pie pan before use.
Traditional oven cooking (max. 220°C). Not suitable for the microwave oven. Do not use metal objects in the pie pan.
Care: wash by hand (non-abrasive sponge). Not dishwasher-safe. Available diameters: for tartlets (Ø 10 cm); large size (Ø 28 cm).
