Baking time : 35 minutes
Start by browning the butter: melt your butter over low heat until it turns a hazelnut colour with a good nutty scent, then wait for it to cool a little before use.
In a mixing bowl, add the hazelnut powder, praline and icing sugar and mix.
Add the egg whites and mix.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix, add the hazelnut butter and mix, finish with the chocolate chips.
Pour into your previously lined mould and bake for 40 minutes at 180°.
