Preparation time: 40 minutes
Baking time : 50 minutes
Start by heating the milk with the seeds from the vanilla pod then let it cool.
At the same time, put the softened butter, sugar and vanilla extract in the bowl of your mixer and mix until it has a creamy consistency.
Add the eggs one by one and mix.
Sift in the flour, baking powder and salt, then mix.
Finally, add the cooled vanilla milk and mix.
Fill your cake tin and bake for 50 minutes in an oven at 170°.
White chocolate rocher icing
BMelt the chocolate in a bain-marie, then add the grapeseed oil and the praline, mix and let it cool.
When the cake is cool, place it on a rack and pour over the icing.
