Preheat the oven to 180°.
Add the soft butter, cut into cubes, to the bowl of a food processor and whisk in the sugars until smooth.
Add the eggs one by one, then the flour, almond powder and baking powder and mix to obtain a smooth dough. Finally add the milk and stir again.
Butter the square mould, then pour the dough into it. Spread with a spatula then cover with the blueberries.
Prepare the crumble by mixing the flour, sugar, butter and slivered almonds in the bowl of a food processor. When the mixture is smooth, spread it over the blueberries.
Bake for 45 minutes and then cool on a wire rack.
