Bring 5 liters of salted water to a boil.
Cut the bacon into lardons and sauté them over medium heat in the pan until crispy. Set aside and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, collect the cooking fat, crack in the whole eggs and add the yolks. Whisk together, then incorporate the grated Parmesan and the crushed pepper.
Cook the spaghetti for 7 minutes, take a ladle of the cooking water, and add it to the egg mixture.
Drain the pasta, transfer it to a sauté pan, and add the egg-Parmesan mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring for 2 minutes until the sauce coats the pasta without scrambling the eggs.
Plate with the crispy bacon, a sprinkle of Parmesan, and serve immediately.
