Lamb shank

Preheat your oven to 150°C.
Heat the oil and butter in the sauté pan.
Brown the lamb shanks on all sides.
Sprinkle with turmeric and sweet paprika.
Then add the barbecue sauce and honey. Coat the lamb shanks well.
Add the vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Add the thyme, rosemary, and water.
Bake for 1 hour.
After one hour, lower the oven temperature to 140°C and baste the meat with the cooking juices using your small ladle. Cook for another hour and a half.
Baste the meat and vegetables regularly.
