Description
Copper eggwhites bowl with riveted cast-iron handles or ring-handle.
Ideal for quickly beating egg-whites untif stiff.
Thanks to copper: egg whites are beaten quicker; they are stiffer and whiter.
Traditional form : half-round, which helps incorporate air into the whites and which enables you to easily beat all the mixture preventing spillages.
