The de Buyer steel sauté pan is a kitchen essential. Perfect for making large quantities of sautéed potatoes, it is compatible with all heat sources, including induction. The 7.7 cm-high sides of this country-style sauté pan help reduce splatters when cooking meat.

Made in France in our Vosges factory, the de Buyer Sauté Pan Ø 24cm is crafted from white sheet steel, which will change color with use. Indeed, like all our steel cookware, this MINERAL B sauté pan requires seasoning. This process will allow it to obtain a naturally non-stick surface. The more you cook in your steel sauté pan, the less food will stick. To preserve your sauté pan's seasoning, you should avoid cooking acidic foods such as tomatoes, lemons, or white wine.

With respect for the professional's gesture at heart, our de Buyer MINERAL B sauté pan is equipped with a French-style curved strip handle. This curve keeps the hand away from the heat source. Solidly riveted, the strip handle will make handling your cooking utensil easier.
