A purely traditional brush with a soft silky natural bristle for precision work.
The brush is extremely soft and flexible, enabling you to brush with butter, egg, sauce, apply a glaze or decorate evenly and without deforming the dough on which the preparation is spread.
Functional, the brush can also be used to moisten the sides of a sugar saucepan.
Wooden handle and metal ferrule.
