The mechanism is built around an all-stainless-steel piston, removable in just a few steps. Wing screws ensure a secure hold while making maintenance easy — essential for frequent use.
Flow adjustment is controlled directly under the thumb: a light press for a fine stream, a firmer press for a faster flow. This responsiveness allows the pouring speed to adapt to the texture of the preparation without interrupting the movement.
Three outlets are available: the standard 8 mm opening and two stainless-steel nozzles of 4 mm and 6 mm. They attach under the tool and store directly on it, ready to use as needed.
The 1.9 L stainless-steel body offers a capacity suited to larger batches. It is dishwasher-safe and can be heated in a bain-marie to maintain fluidity.
