Description
Stainless steel pastry-roll core. Undeformable and durable.
Ideal for making puff pastry horns for filling.
Straight and rolled edges without corners for perfect shaping.
Open ends for easier cleaning.
Can be used in conventional ovens. Not suitable for the microwave oven.
Care: dishwasher-safe.
Available sizes: Ø 1.5cm, length 10cm; Ø 2cm, length 5cm; Ø 2cm, length 10.5cm; Ø 2.5cm, length 10cm.
