Perfect for baking choux paste, bread, pizza, and tart doughs.
Ideal for cooking frozen doughs. Can be used as a freezing support.

Use T°: -55°C to +280°C. (-67°F to +536°F)

Ventilated fabric for an homogeneous cooking and crispy dough bottoms.
Silicone-coated fiberglass fabric: the dough will not stick to the support.
The baking mat is to combine with a perforated aluminium oven tray for perfect cooking.
Suitable for domestic oven.
