Description
Thick-steel perforated baking tray for 2 baguettes.
Ideal for baking baguettes, for making round tuiles or chocolate patterns.
Perforations: partition designed for optimal hot air circulation.
Excellent cooking results thanks to iron: the tray reaches high temperatures, enabling the juices to caramelise.
Even diffusion of heat and uniform cooking.
Functional and practical non-stick tray: PFOA-free PTFE guaranteed coating for easy turning out of pastries; steel protection against oxidation; easy cleaning.
Traditional oven cooking (max. 220°C). Not suitable for the microwave oven. Do not use metal objects.
Care: wash by hand (non-abrasive sponge). Not dishwasher-safe.
