Resting time : 1 hr 15 mins
Baking time : 30 minutes
Add the yeast and the lukewarm water to a mixing bowl and leave to stand for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Next add the flour and the salt and mix with a spatula until you have a ball of dough.
Cover and leave to rise for 1 hr 15 mins in an oven with a pan filled with hot water placed in the bottom.
Remove the dough from the oven.
Dust your work surface with flour. Divide the dough into six equally sized pieces and flatten them out.
Shape them into mini baguettes, adding two pieces of chocolate to each as you do so.
Place your mini baguettes on your baguette tray then sprinkle a little flour on them and cut two diagonal slashes in each.
Bake for 30 minutes at 240°C (with a baking tray filled with water placed in the bottom of the oven).
