Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
Combine the eggs, sifted flour and the baking powder.
Drizzle in the olive oil. Combine well.
Add the milk and mascarpone. Combine well.
Add the grated garlic, the finely sliced onion, the spices and the finely chopped herbs. Gently combine using a spatula.
Season with salt and pepper, then add the chick peas.
Pour the mixture into the mould.
Bake for 1 hour.
Let cool on a rack before serving.
