Chocolate, cranberries and praline cookies

for 2 oven trays with insulating double wall

  • 110g butter at room temperature
  • 1 large egg
  • 20g caster sugar
  • 110 g brown sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 20 g unsweetened cocoa

  • 4 g baking powder (1/3 sachet)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 140 g large dark chocolate chips
  • 50 g de cranberries
  • 50 g de praline


Preheat your oven to 155 degrees.

Whisk together the butter, sugar and egg until smooth.

Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt and mix well.

Then add around half of the dark chocolate chips. Mix with a spatula.

Using an ice cream scoop or a tablespoon, make 15 balls and place them on the baking trays, well spaced out.

Flatten the balls slightly with your fingertips, then get the cranberries, the rest of the chocolate chips and the praline.

Cook for around 18 minutes.

Leave to cool on a rack before tasting.
