Straight robust aluminium handles : riveted and stamped DE BUYER.
This “Plancha” pan is used to grill meat without fat content.
It is perfect to cook scallop flesh, shrimps, fish, vegetables...
All heat sources including induction, domestic oven and hotcoals (barbecue).
