Rectangle frame with sharp angles for traditional design opera cakes.
In high-end stainless steel: no oxidation when exposed to low temperatures.
Flexible frame for easy mould release; always returns to its original shape.
Thick (2.5mm): maximum strength. Do not distort.
Exterior welding resistant to temperature shocks.
Perfectly aligned sides, no offset where welded: minimum ring leakage.
Goes in the freezer, deep-freezer, blast chiller, refrigerator. Oven-safe.
Do not use with liquid preparations.
Care: dishwasher-safe.
Several heights available: from 2.5 to 6cm.
