The MINERAL B Ø28 cm paella pan is designed to handle generous preparations while ensuring even, flavourful cooking. Its wide surface allows ingredients to be spread harmoniously, ideal for achieving a perfectly seared, richly flavoured paella.
Versatile and practical, it moves effortlessly from stovetop to oven and then to the table. Made in France and guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects, it offers exceptional robustness and long‑lasting performance.

Made from sturdy, undeformable carbon steel, the paella pan is protected by a thin layer of beeswax that facilitates seasoning and provides temporary protection against oxidation. This layer must be removed with very hot water and soap before the first use.
With each use, the pan develops a natural non‑stick patina without any chemical coating, ensuring healthy, authentic cooking. Its uniform heat distribution and rapid evaporation of liquids help concentrate flavours.
The two riveted stainless steel handles offer easy handling, reduced bulk and perfect stability, even when the pan is full.

For best results, preheat the paella pan with a little fat. Compatible with all heat sources, including induction, it excels at searing, browning and grilling, in addition to its primary purpose: cooking paella.
Maintenance is simple: season before first use, deglaze after cooking, rinse with hot water, dry thoroughly and lightly oil. Avoid detergents and dishwashers to preserve the quality of the steel and prevent oxidation.

Pour about 1mm of oil into your iron pan and heat it. Once the oil slightly steams, empty it into a recipient and wipe the pan with a paper towel.
The seasoning of your pan will be optimal and efficient after having cooked red meat 10 times. The more your pan is used, the best the cooking results are. The more it blackens, the less it sticks. Once your pan is well seasoned, you will be able to cook more delicate food such as eggs, fishes…
