Iron wok, perfect for natural and healthy cooking which requires little fat.
Perfectly hemispherical designed for induction cook tops with special hollow wok shape.
Can be used on a standard induction cook top with the wok support 3122.00.
Heavy quality iron utensil: undeformable; uniform heat distribution; excellent caramelization of food juices; great cooking results.
Natural non-stick properties: gradual seasoning of the wok.
Riveted handle curved in French-style: unbreakable; easy handling; ergonomic.
Tip: preheat using a little fat. Season when first used.
Care: deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and oil lightly. Store in a dry place.
Do not use detergents, or put in the dishwasher.
All cook tops including induction.
