This set of 3 ALCHIMY saucepans brings together the key diameters for versatile everyday cooking: Ø16 cm (1.7 L), Ø18 cm (2.4 L) and Ø20 cm (3.3 L). Each piece is crafted from 3‑ply multilayer stainless steel, combining AISI 304 stainless steel, an aluminium core and induction‑ready stainless steel for perfectly even heat distribution.
Because this construction extends across the entire body, ALCHIMY saucepans respond instantly to temperature changes. They allow you to sear, simmer, reduce or emulsify with remarkable precision, whether you cook on induction, gas or electric stovetops.
Made in France, they embody a high level of technical expertise designed to support both passionate home cooks and demanding professionals.

ALCHIMY saucepans feature a watertight stainless‑steel tubular handle, French‑curved for a natural grip and perfect balance. This ergonomic design supports precise movements while ensuring the handle stays cool on the stovetop.
Inside, the graduations in litres and quarts allow you to measure liquids directly in the pan, without additional utensils. The precise pouring rim ensures clean, drip‑free serving, even with very fluid sauces.
The riveted handles guarantee exceptional durability, and the entire set is oven‑safe for up to 30 minutes at 200°C, ideal for finishing a dish or keeping it warm.

The brushed stainless‑steel finish gives the ALCHIMY set a refined, professional look while offering excellent resistance to wear. The saucepans do not warp, do not oxidise and withstand intensive daily use.
Their multilayer structure ensures cooking without hot spots, making them ideal for delicate preparations such as creams, sauces or reductions. And because they are designed for everyday convenience, they are fully dishwasher‑safe.
A durable, precise and elegant trio, crafted to support every kitchen — from everyday meals to ambitious culinary creations.

AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel refer to the same type of stainless steel, the one suitable for food contact. AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute) is an international standard used to classify stainless steels.
In everyday use, stainless steel is more commonly referred to as 18/10; the “10” represents the percentage of nickel in the alloy. The AISI 304 specification requires between 8% and 10% nickel. For everyday kitchen use, there is no difference in durability or ageing between 8% and 10% nickel.
AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel therefore indicate the same quality of stainless steel. However, we prefer to use the term AISI 304 stainless steel, as it is the “official” designation for this alloy.
