Mini pancakes for

Pancake batter
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Smoked salmon
  • Honey, jam, spread
  • Eggs
  • Fresh fruits
  • Nuts
  • Cheese

  • Oil/butter for the pancake pan


In a bowl, add the sifted flour then add the salt.

Add the eggs and mix together with a whisk.

Gradually add the milk and continue whisking until a smooth batter is obtained. Finally add the melted butter.

Let the batter rest for an hour.

Cook the crêpes in the lightly oiled MINERAL B BOIS steel triblini PANCAKE PAN then garnish with the desired toppings.
